JOB TITLE: Truck Repair/Mechanical Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the truck repair/mechanical department.
• Manage payroll and OT for department as well as labor incentives.
• Handle disciplinary actions.
• Hire and fire as necessary.
• Schedule employees based on service needed.
• Schedule customers’ vehicles.
• Ordering parts based on customer needs.
• Direct communication with technicians, customers, and vendors.
• Assign jobs to techs.

• Adhere to all safety programs.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School Degree or GED.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Mechanical experience.
• Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment doing other job duties as assigned.
