JOB TITLE: Tire Program Sales Analyst

JOB TYPE

• Full Time, onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00-4:30

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Reports to Director of Corporate Training
· Assists Corporate Trainer in identifying store locations needing best practice support.
· File claims and handle disputes with vendors regarding dealer credit variances
· Working with teammates to reconcile past due national/government sales reporting.
· Network with all billing teammates & managers via Teams, outlook 365, & phone dialogue for troubleshooting & billing tips.
REQUIREMENTS
· Must have a general knowledge of bookkeeping and account reconciliation.
· Must have minimum of 2 years Account Receivable experience.
· Must possess excellent excel skills and complete familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
· Must be able to work independently and have strong attention to detail.
· Must be able to think critically and problem solve without assistance.
