JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for selling services and products to retail customers.
• Provide professional appearance and service level to all customers.
• Manage customer calls and assist with inquiries.
• Schedule customer appointments.
• Handle billing in the computer system in a timely fashion.
• Order tires and parts as needed.
• Maintain the customer showroom.
• Handle payroll for your department.
• Assign technicians jobs.
• Handle disciplinary actions.
• Manage schedules for your employees based on department needs.
• Handle new hires for your department with paperwork and onboarding.
• Maintain OSHA guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School degree or GED required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
• Tire/service knowledge.

• Must be able to work independently and also in a team environment.
