- Provide tire service on large equipment primarily at customer locations (mines, quarries, ports, and construction sites).
- Respond quickly to dispatches and provide reliable, courteous, and professional service.
- Communicate with customers and dispatch.

- Other duties can and will arise, and the candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.
EDUCATION
- High School Degree or GED
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be over 21 years of age.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in the tire and/or construction industry.
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, and tools to perform, prioritize, and complete work in safe manner.
- Valid CDL Class B/A Driver’s License.
- Valid MSHA certification (provided by your employer).
- Knowledge in the safe operation of all assigned tools, equipment, and proper usage of both.
- Must have acceptable MVR, Drug Test, and pass DOT physical.
- Capable of independently analyzing and safely resolving problems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and detail-oriented environment.
- Ability to identify, inspect, and replace necessary parts as needed to execute the job at hand.
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical data via instruction manuals.
- Willingness to occasionally work after hours or on weekends when asked.
- Work independently but must be willing assist others.
- Desire to perform above and beyond the requirements set forth in this job description.
- Must adhere to McCarthy Tire Service policies and standards.
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
- Perform all safety related items as per the Employee Safety Manual.
- Learn and maintain all lifting procedures and safe working environment.
- Learn and maintain all PM’s and ensure daily performance check on vehicle.
- Report all accidents and incidents immediately upon them taking place to direct supervisor.
