JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sell tires and services to customers.
• Completes invoices for customers.
• Capable of scheduling vehicles for service weekly.
• Process payroll weekly for technicians.
• Calculate commissions weekly.
• Assists with inventory management.
• Maintain the showroom.
• Assign technicians work orders.
• Explain to customers the services the vehicle needs.
• Communicate with customers in person and via phone.
• Help customers choose tires for their vehicle and answer questions on different brand options.
• Drive customers to a destination after they drop off their vehicle for service.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High school degree or GED.

REQUIREMENTS

• Automotive service knowledge and/or experience desired.
• Customer service experience required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
