Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Industrial Tire Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating a tire press, working with forklifts, and performing tire services both in-shop and in the field.
Primary Responsibilities:
Operate a tire press safely and efficiently.
Handle a variety of forklifts with care and adherence to safety protocols.
Diagnose tire-related issues and work promptly toward effective solutions.
Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotation, and repairs in the shop or on-site, as directed.
Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and participate in required training.
Carry out other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Additional Responsibilities:
Be flexible and willing to take on new tasks as needs arise—adaptability is key.
Qualifications & Experience:
High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
1+ years’ experience in the industrial tire industry required.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Experience with commercial and heavy-duty tire work, particularly mounting and dismounting, is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
