Position Overview:
We are looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Industrial Tire Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves operating a tire press, working with forklifts, and performing tire services both in-shop and in the field. Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate a tire press safely and efficiently.
• Handle a variety of forklifts with care and adherence to safety protocols.
• Diagnose tire-related issues and work promptly toward effective solutions.
• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotation, and repairs in the shop or on-site, as directed.
• Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and participate in required training.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the manager.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Be flexible and willing to take on new tasks as needs arise—adaptability is key.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• 1+ years’ experience in the industrial tire industry required.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience with commercial and heavy-duty tire work, particularly mounting and dismounting, is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Authorization:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
