We’re looking for a skilled and dependable technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in OTR tire service. This is a full-time position focused on servicing and maintaining off-the-road (OTR) commercial tires using a boom truck.

Position: OTR Commercial Tire Technician
Location: Wilson, NC
Relocation Assistance Available for the Right Candidate
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable technician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in OTR tire service. This is a full-time position focused on servicing and maintaining off-the-road (OTR) commercial tires using a boom truck.
- 3+ years’ experience operating an OTR boom truck
- Experience working with small, large, and industrial OTR tires
- TIA and ETS certifications are a plus
- Valid CDL Class A or B driver’s license
- Clean MVR, DOT physical, and CDL drug screen
- No DWI convictions in the last 4 years
- No more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tire tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists, and jacking equipment
- Perform on-site and roadside commercial tire service
- Safely operate OTR boom truck and equipment
- Identify and obtain necessary parts and tools for repairs
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
- Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Be available for on-call service and occasional night/weekend work
- Maintain a professional, safety-first attitude at all times
