McCarthy Tire Service, a family-owned leader in the tire and automotive service industry, is looking for a Road Service Tire Technician to join our growing team. If you enjoy working hands-on, have a strong work ethic, and like being out on the road helping customers, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

• Perform tire services including mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires – both in-store and at customer locations.

• Drive to customer sites or respond to roadside calls to inspect and service tires.

• Safely operate company service vehicles in compliance with traffic laws and company safety procedures.

• Communicate effectively with customers and team members.

• Follow all safety protocols, attend training sessions, and comply with company policies.

• Be available for night and on-call shifts as scheduled.

• Take on other duties as needed—flexibility is key in this role!

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum age of 18.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

• Experience with commercial/heavy-duty tire installation, repair, and service.

• Strong attention to safety, detail, and customer satisfaction.
