Job Overview:

We are looking for a Mounted Wheel Technician to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in the preparation, installation, and maintenance of mounted wheels and tires, supporting shop and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Dismount and mount tires on wheels/rims using appropriate equipment.
Balance tires using a tire balancing machine.
Assist in the loading and unloading of trailers or box trucks as needed.
Operate, maintain, and inspect tire-related equipment including balancers and mounting tools.
Identify and mark defective tires and wheels; determine when repair or replacement is required.
Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding attendance, processes, and teamwork.
Accurately document and communicate all services performed.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Prior experience in tire service is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
Must be capable of working independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Work Environment:

Shop and warehouse setting.
Frequent lifting, standing, bending, and repetitive movement.
Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
