About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Mounted Wheel Technician to join our team. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for mounting, balancing, and inspecting tires, as well as assisting with general shop operations. If you’re a team player who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Dismount and mount tires on rims using proper equipment.
Balance tires using a tire balancing machine.
Assist with loading and unloading trailers or box trucks.
Operate and maintain tire-related equipment including balancers and mounting machines.
Handle materials safely and keep equipment in good working condition.
Inspect tires and wheels for defects or damage and mark accordingly.
Determine whether tires or wheels need repair or replacement.
Communicate clearly with team members and, when needed, with customers about work performed.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies, including attendance and training requirements.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support shop operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
Able to work independently and within a team
Prior experience is a plus, but training is available
