About the Role:
Join our fast-paced, safety-driven team as a Mounted Wheel/Warehouse Technician. In this hands-on role, you’ll mount, balance, and handle tires and wheels, operate warehouse equipment (including forklifts), and help ensure accurate inventory and safe working conditions. Whether you’re experienced or ready to learn, we’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed. Prove yourself and move up! This role offers the potential to grow into supervisor or management position
Key Responsibilities:
- Mount and dismount tires from wheels using proper equipment
- Balance tires using computerized balancing machines
- Inspect tires and wheels for defects, wear, or damage
- Load and unload tires and wheels from trucks and trailers
- Safely transport and organize tires in the warehouse
- Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided if needed)
- Assist with inventory control and product scanning
- Clearly document work performed and communicate with team leads
- Help onboard and train new team members when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Forklift experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train you!)
- Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to lift heavy items
- Comfortable working in a physically active, warehouse environment
