JOB TITLE: Retread Technician

About the Job
Join the McCarthy Tire Service manufacturing team! Our Retread Technicians help produce the tires that keep America moving. No experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect and buff used commercial tires

• Apply new tread designs

• Finish and quality-check completed tires

• Track production data

• Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE

• Perform other related tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment

• Willingness to follow safety rules and meet production goals

• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive motions

• Must pass drug test and physical

• Work environment is not climate controlled
