Job Title: Facility Administrator

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facility Administrator to support daily operational planning and reporting across production, materials management, office administration, and safety compliance. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating schedules, and supporting a safe, efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Production Oversight
Coordinate and monitor production schedules to meet operational targets.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely execution of plans.
Track performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Materials & Inventory Management
Manage materials ordering and inventory tracking to support production needs.
Ensure timely procurement and accurate materials documentation.
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve supply-related issues.
Office Administration
Maintain organized filing systems for operational and safety documentation.
Support general office functions including scheduling, reporting, and communication.
Ensure records are current and accessible for audits or internal reviews.
Safety & Compliance Support
Assist in planning and tracking safety-related documentation and communications.
Support coordination of safety training and incident reporting.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in facility administration, production support, or warehouse operations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with safety documentation and compliance practices.
Bilingual in Spanish with professional working proficiency.
Preferred Skills
Experience in manufacturing or logistics environments.
Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety protocols.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
