McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a motivated and dependable individual for a Management Position at our Baltimore, MD location. This role supports overall store operations and assumes full leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations

• Assume full managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager is off-site

• Assist with payroll processing and employee disciplinary actions

• Dispatch and schedule road service calls in a timely manner

• Supervise mount/dismount technicians to achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals

• Monitor and manage overtime based on business needs

• Ensure quality control on all service work performed

• Oversee shipping and receiving of mounted tire and wheel reconditioning orders

• Assist the sales team with scheduling incoming work

• Submit service department payables for approval and processing

• Oversee scrap tire disposal processing (OOSTA)

• Assist with new hire orientation for store personnel

• Schedule employee shifts effectively

• Handle customer calls and resolve service-related issues

Other Duties

Additional responsibilities may arise as business needs change. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to take on new challenges.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma Preferred
• Some College Perferred
• 5 years management experience replaces the education piece

Requirements

• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-demand environment

• Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
