Job Title: Assistant Service Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Assistant Service Manager to support daily service operations and ensure an excellent customer experience from vehicle intake through completion. The ideal candidate is organized, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service from vehicle intake to release, including any necessary follow-up.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns, inspect vehicles, and help determine the appropriate repair plan.
  • Advise customers on recommended auto repairs and provide accurate pricing estimates.
  • Communicate with parts vendors and technicians to ensure required parts and services are available.
  • Keep customers informed with timely updates on the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Answer detailed questions regarding services performed and pricing.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records and files.
  • Schedule service appointments over the phone.
Additional Duties
  • Other duties may arise as business needs change. Candidates should be flexible and willing to take on additional responsibilities as required.
Education & Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Valid driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to perform additional job duties as assigned.
Work Authorization
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
