Alignment Technician 
Wilkes-Barre, PA

What You’ll Do

• Perform front- and rear-end alignments; adjust caster, camber, and toe

• Diagnose and replace components such as tie rod ends, drag links, U-bolts, and shims

• Inspect vehicles, identify worn or damaged parts, and recommend repairs

• Troubleshoot customer concerns and verify repairs through testing

• Use hand tools, tire tools, alignment machines, brake lathe, air tools, and shop equipment

• Maintain equipment and a clean, organized work area

• Document services and repairs accurately

• Follow all safety, federal, and state requirements

• Assist with other shop duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED

• Alignment or heavy-duty mechanical experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• State Inspection license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
