McCarthy Tire Service is looking for a hardworking Agriculture & Forestry Tire Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and servicing large equipment in agricultural and forestry environments.
What You’ll Do

• Mount, dismount, repair, and replace agriculture and forestry tires
• Service equipment such as tractors, harvesters, skidders, and logging machinery
• Perform on-site and roadside service calls as needed
• Inspect tires and wheels for damage, wear, and safety concerns
• Operate service trucks and tire equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Provide excellent customer service in the field and at the shop

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with agricultural, forestry, OTR, or heavy equipment tires preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with large equipment
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, but not required)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime
