Retail Auto-Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Automotive Mechanic to join our team. This role is primarily focused on light-duty vehicle service and repair, with occasional work on heavy-duty trucks as needed. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment and take pride in delivering quality service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on light-duty vehicles
• Address vehicle deficiencies by repairing, overhauling, assembling, or replacing parts and systems such as drivetrains, brakes, steering, hydraulics, electrical, fuel systems, air conditioning, and more
• Conduct wheel alignments, tire services, and preventative maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical issues efficiently and accurately
• Provide excellent customer service in a retail environment
• Perform heavy-duty truck service and repairs as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Supply and maintain your own personal tool set

Requirements:

• Must have or be able to obtain a state inspection license
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills with light-duty vehicles
• Basic knowledge or experience with heavy-duty trucks preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Customer-focused attitude with good communication skills
