JOB TITLE: Receptionist
JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate employee.
  • Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices.
  • Set up meetings/events and schedule the conference room.
  • Receive and sort all incoming mail and parcels.
  • File, copy, and set up shipping information.
  • Help with department overflow.
  • Monitor office equipment and printer supplies.
  • Assist with payables or receivables.

OTHER DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Other duties can and will arise, and candidate should be prepared to take on these challenges openly.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High School degree or GED required.
 
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding environment.
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Work Authorization:

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
