Position Overview
As an Outside Commercial Sales Representative, you will build and maintain customer relationships while selling commercial truck, industrial, agriculture, Intermodal, OTR/Earthmover, retread, and new tire products and services.
The salary range for this position is $65,000–$85,000, based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing sales with new and existing customers
- Conducting fleet surveys and scrap tire analysis
- Managing tire maintenance programs
- Completing weekly sales reports and customer follow-ups
- Cold calling and identifying new business opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside vehicle, tire, or truck sales experience required
- 1+ year of tire industry experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and assist with lifting up to 250 lbs
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
