Delivery Driver (Non CDL)

About the Role

McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a reliable, safety-minded Delivery Driver to complete daily delivery routes safely, efficiently, and professionally while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete assigned daily delivery routes.
• Safely operate company vehicles and follow all traffic, company, and DOT regulations.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Make timely and accurate customer deliveries.
• Perform required pre- and post-trip inspections and vehicle checks.
• Keep vehicles clean and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Home daily—no overnight routes.
• Take on additional duties as needed and contribute as a team player.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical.
• Ability to regularly lift 50+ lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
