What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate has:
- 1+ year of tire sales and/or service writing experience
- Strong knowledge of commercial and passenger tire products and services
- Experience with invoicing, coding, billing, purchase orders, and work orders
- Valid driver's license
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic math and accounting skills
- Good computer, typing, and data-entry skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and remain active throughout the workday
- Greet customers and manage service needs from intake through completion
- Assess customer concerns and recommend appropriate tire/service solutions
- Prepare estimates and explain pricing and recommended repairs
- Communicate with technicians, parts suppliers, and customers
- Provide customers with updates on service progress
- Schedule appointments and answer service-related questions
- Maintain accurate customer records, work orders, invoices, and other documentation
- Support pickup and delivery of tires and service products as needed
