Road Service Tire Technician – Join Our High-Performance Team!

Position Summary

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Road Service Tire Technician to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform essential tire services both in-shop and on the road, helping keep our customers safe and on the move.

If you have experience with commercial and heavy-duty tires, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!

Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

• Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing tires.
• Provide on-site and roadside tire service to customers with professionalism and urgency.
• Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws and company policies.
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in required training.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Inspect equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed—flexibility and initiative are key!

What You Bring

• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Hands-on experience with commercial and heavy-duty tire mounting and dismounting.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-first mindset and professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to work roadside and respond to customer service calls as needed.
