Position: OTR Tire Technician
Location: Syracuse, NY
Pay Range: $25–$35/hr

We’re seeking a skilled and dependable OTR Tire Technician to join our team. This full-time role focuses on servicing and maintaining off-the-road (OTR) commercial tires. This position requires operating a mini boom truck and a valid CDL is required.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience operating a mini boom truck
Experience working with small, large, and industrial OTR tires
TIA and ETS certifications are a plus
Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
No DWI convictions in the last 4 years
No more than one moving violation or at-fault accident in the last 3 years
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with tire tools, diagnostic equipment, lifts, hoists, and jacking equipment

Job Responsibilities

Perform on-site and roadside OTR tire service
Safely operate a mini boom truck and related equipment
Identify and obtain necessary parts and tools for repairs
Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
Be available for on-call service and occasional night/weekend work
Maintain a professional, safety-first attitude at all times
