Job Title: Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

McCarthy Tire Service is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our team. This position does not require a CDL—only a valid driver’s license. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for timely and accurate deliveries while upholding company policies and safety standards. Job Description and Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery routes based on the weekly schedule set by management

• Safely operate a company vehicle while following all applicable DOT regulations

• Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery trucks

• Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time

• Adhere to McCarthy Tire Service policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles

• Learn, perform, and maintain all preventive maintenance (PM) requirements

• Complete daily vehicle inspections and performance checks

• Return home daily

• Additional duties may arise as business needs change; candidates must be willing to take on new responsibilities as needed

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required

---

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of delivery driving experience within the last 3 years

• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required)

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Ability to pass a DOT physical

• Flexible schedule availability

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
